Celebrate the 12th annual Vine to Wine 5K at Barren Ridge Vineyards, a must-do summer run with fellow WILL RUN FOR WINE enthusiasts! Vineyard and mountain views from the deck are outstanding and the wine is superb! 

 

WHAT YOU GET

• All participants get a performance event shirt, a commemorative finisher glass and a modified wine tasting.

• Chip-timed by Blue Ridge Timing.

• Outdoor post-race party with music and food for purchase from a local food truck.

 

REGISTRATION

• $32 until June 9 | Early Registration

• $42 June 10 – June 25 | Late Registration

• Race Day Registration is available from 8:00-8:45 AM. Cost is $42 (no shirt) or $47 (with shirt), if available.

• Shirts are ordered two weeks prior to race day. Late registrants will receive non-dated event shirts, if available, by date of registration. Check back after packet pickup to see shirt availability.

• An email regarding race day details will be sent to each participant just prior to race day.

TEAMS
Rally the troops and run or walk as a team on race day! All sizes and skill levels of groups are welcome, but we consider a complete team to be 2 or more participants. Create or join a team during registration or follow the steps to join or create a team after you have registered.

POST-RACE
After you cross the finish line, it's time to celebrate! 

​

• A finisher glass and a modified wine tasting is included for all participants over 21

• Use the Beverage Ticket attached to your race bib to pick up your finisher glass

• Please bring proper ID to partake

AWARDS
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers, and to 1st place finishers in the age groups, below. Winners over 21 will receive custom swag from Corkscrew Racing, and winners under 21 will receive a bottle of sparkling cider. Winners must be present at the Awards ceremony to receive their award.

REFUNDS | TRANSFERS
There are NO refunds. Runner transfers (transferring your race entry to another runner) are allowed. Please email your request two weeks before race day.

 

WEATHER
If there is severe weather that makes the course unsafe for runners, we will postpone the event to Wednesday, June 29 at 6 PM at the evening. We will notify participants via email and will post this information on the website and Facebook pages. Please make sure you can make both dates, as there are no refunds.
