FAQ's

GOTTAQUESTION?

See our FAQ's below. If you still can't find the answer to your question, shoot us an email.

When can I register?
We set up online registration 8-12 weeks before race day.  We will post it on our website and send email invitations to past runners and anyone on our mailing list.

What are your registration fees?
Event fees begin at $32 and go up to $42 two weeks before the event, and are $47 on race day.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Sorry, no, but if you know of someone that is interested in running, you can transfer your registration to that person up to two weeks before the event to guarantee an event shirt. Send us an email and include the name and email of the person taking your place.

Why am I not receiving any race-related emails?
If you are a new participant, please email us and we will check to make sure the email you gave us is correct. If you were on our mailing list and unsubscribed but want to rejoin, or have registered for another race and want to stay informed, you need to sign-up again to receiving emails.

Do you allow strollers on the course?
For most of our courses, yes; however, check the course description for each event to make sure it is stroller-friendly. If so, please place yourself appropriately at the start, behind other runners and walkers.

Do you allow my dog to run with me on the course?
Most of our event venues are dog-friendly; please email us if you are uncertain. If Fido is running with you, he must stay on a leash at all times and you both must start behind all runners and walkers. We also ask that Fido remain on a leash during the entire event.  Most of our race venues have their own pets and we ask that you do not bring dogs that do not get along with other dogs, cats or people.  Lastly, please bring bags to clean up after Fido, thanks!

Can I wear headphones on the course?
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. For the safety of all participants, we encourage a headphone-free environment during the race. Runner safety has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority for our events. If you choose to wear headphones or earbuds on the course, please keep the volume at a level allowing you to hear if a vehicle is passing you, as courses are open to traffic.
