Calling all Bold Rockers to the LIVE BOLD Orchard 5K at Carter Mountain Orchard! This fun run4cider event offers a beautiful foot tour of Carter Mountain with unbelievable views, a unique and challenging course and Bold Rock at the finish... an excellent start to a great weekend! 

 

WHAT YOU GET

• All participants get a performance event shirt, finisher glass and a Bold Rock Hard Cider.

• Outdoor post-race party with music and food for purchase from Carter Mountain.

REGISTRATION

• *Shirt cut-off is TBA. Non-dated event shirts from 2021 or older will be given out, if available, by date of registration. Race day registrants shirts are $5, if available.

• Registrants will be emailed event-specific info and race day details just prior to race day.

COURSE

The course goes in and by the wine and apple orchards on Carter Mountain! Expect a mostly grassy trail with some hills and short stints on gravel and pavement. Walker-friendly. Course Map

POST-RACE
After you cross the finish line, it's time to celebrate! 

​

• A finisher glass and Bold Rock Hard Cider is included for all participants over 21

• A complimentary glass of non-alcoholic sparkling cider is included for children and adults under 21

• Use the Beverage Ticket attached to your race bib to pick up your glass and cider

• Please bring proper ID to partake

AWARDS
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers, and to 1st place finishers in the following age groups, below. Winners over 21 will receive custom swag from Corkscrew Racing, and winners under 21 will receive a bottle of sparkling cider. Winners must be present at the Awards ceremony to receive their award.

REFUNDS | TRANSFERS
There are NO refunds. Runner transfers (transferring your race entry to another runner) are allowed. Please email your request two weeks before race day.

 

WEATHER
If there is severe weather that makes the course unsafe for runners, we will postpone the event to the following day. We will notify participants via email and will post this information on the website and Facebook pages. Please make sure you can make both dates, as there are no refunds.
